ChangeGear primarily provides on print-on-demand (POD) merchandise, and our terms, (including for returns) reflect this model.
- Ordering & Payment: We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, such as product unavailability or payment issues.
- Product Descriptions: We endeavour to depict our products as accurately as possible on our site. However, actual colours and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Designs andwill be updated from time to time, some narrative content imagery may vary from the design, but designs
- Delivery: Our POD products are shipped through third party services. We endeavour to ship as sustainably as possible, prioritising local fulfilment, however, sometimes certain products or product variants may be fulfilled offshore. Delivery times may vary.
- Returns: If there’s a defect with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange returns or exchanges for defective items, but due to the nature of POD, cannot refund for change of mind.
- IP: Content on our site, including text, graphics, and designs, is owned by Change Gear or licensed from third party content suppliers.
- Liability: Change Gear shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Changes to Terms: We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our practices. Continued use of our site and services after any changes indicates acceptance of any new terms.
- Community Contributions: Change Gear is donates a portion of margins to progressive initiatives with a focus on campaigning. The proportion donated from general sales or from specific products and recipients, will change from time to time, evolving with scale. Updates about contributions will be made from time to time, following an initial startup phase.
